Peanut Butter Bars

I am all about peanut butter. Out of the jar, on top of a brownie, on a sandwich, and even frozen! LOL Sounds weird, I know, but don’t knock it until you try it. Peanut butter is one of those things that can satisfy a sweet and salty craving in one bite, am I right?

Recently my kids have been asking for a spoonful of peanut butter with a couple of chocolate chips on top…they obviously know what’s good, because that sounds perfect, right? This is probably one of the healthier snacks that they ask for….so I am all for it!

In the past, I have made plain old frozen nut better dipped in chocolate, plain nut butter frozen, but then I came across these no bake Peanut Butter Bars.

I was so excited to see this recipe, so naturally, I made them. The picture of the bars was so pretty and clean. mine were not pretty, but they were tasty!! You can’t judge a book by it’s cover, right?

Ah such a good and easy treat to keep in the refrigerator or freezer!

If you like these, you need to try my Peanut Butter Minis!
